In 1984 Bruce and Sandy Hanson formed a silkscreening and embroidery business in the town of New Paltz under the name of Hansons Unlimited. The business grew quickly, thanks to quality work and a loyal clientele, comprised of local businesses, schools and various athletic organizations.

In July of 2002, Phil Subey and Laura Fritzke-Subey purchased Hansons with the intention of building on a solid foundation and expanding the business to service a regional market. Laura is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York City with a passion for illustration. Phil comes from a corporate management and sales/marketing background.

In January of 2003, the name was changed to Hudson Valley Impressions, creating a regional identity as well as better defining our image. Hudson Valley Impressions is a subsidiary of Huguenot Ventures Inc., a diversified holding company named after the French Huguenots who founded New Paltz.

Our mission is to continue offering the finest quality silkscreened and embroidered products,as well as expanding our line of services to include regional souvenirs. Our goal is to help market your company's image by placing your logos/designs on any fabric, from tee shirts to aprons.

We have a diverse and talented staff that can assist with or create design or logos for you. All production is currently done in house. We do intend to expand our souvenir offerings to items other than fabrics and look forward to presenting these products on our website, as they become available.

Hudson Valley Impressions is currently well positioned for growth and welcomes input from current and potential customers that will help service your company's image and marketing needs. Our flexible production capabilities allow us to service local businesses as well as multinational companies. We are excited about the future and look forward to growing our business by helping to grow yours!
